Proposal:

This proposal focuses on the fitness, cafe, beauty and multi-purpose store market, with the target market focus being females. The fitness industry is currently “deemed to be the fastest growing business over the last five years, with a value of £5.1b (Walker, 2018) of that the “females fitness industry being at the forefront of the wellness movement”. (Theko, 2019). However, current businesses on the market do not predominantly cater to women only, as well as lacking in providing personalised multi purpose concepts stores which saves time and money. 

 

This proposal therefore aims to offer a trendy multi-purpose concept wellness centre that offers a one stop destination for females only. It aims to tackle the arising issues women face on a daily basis, by providing a space which leaves women feeling safe, empowered and full of confidence. This concept will aim to reduce the time women visit these areas separately and increase their overall experience.
