Rachael Shodijo is a highly hard working and ambitious creative with a bubbly personality and a can do attitude, with a passion for marketing and design. She is an innovator with an entrepreneurial spirit, who has a desire to excel within the fashion industry. Her experience working within a retail and corporate environment has allowed her to enhance and develop her organisation and time management skills, as well as prioritising tasks to meet deadlines. 

She has a vast amount of experience in a variety of fields from marketing, design, retail, sales, buying and merchandising and has worked with a number of reputable companies including Boden, Footloker, John Lewis, Debenhams, Hamid Fabrics LTD in Bangladesh, London Beauty Artists (London Fashion Week/Pure London). Her most recent role in London Beauty Artists, a corporate fashion agency, gave her the opportunity to work alongside the CEO and gain executive level exposure. This has deepened her understanding of executive leadership, planning and strategy processes.
